Delete your account
You can delete your Holdout account and everything we keep about you at any time.
How to ask
Email our support email (listed here before the game's release) with the subject Delete my Holdout account, and tell us how you signed in (Google, Apple, Google Play Games or Game Center) and the email address of that account, if it has one.
We delete your account and cloud saves within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier and the name, email and picture we received from the sign-in service.
- All your cloud saves (both the real game and test saves).
- Our records of your purchases. Apple and Google keep their own receipts, as the law requires.
Only want to start over?
In the game's menu, Start a new game erases your progress for that mode without deleting your account.
Playing as a guest?
Guest progress exists only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
